Construction has officially begun at Five Ash Down in Uckfield, following the development receiving full approval, with the first spade now in the ground to mark the start of works.
Coopers View is located within the Wealden District, the new development will see Sussex Weald Homes working in partnership with Greymoor Homes to deliver a total of 33 new homes, helping to address strong local demand for both open market and affordable housing.
The scheme will provide 21 homes for sale, including a mix of two-bedroom homes, ideal for first-time buyers, alongside three- and four-bedroom properties designed to meet the needs of growing families. In addition, the development will include 12 affordable rent homes, offering much-needed housing options for local people.
Coopers View will be built to a high standard, with a focus on quality, sustainability and creating a welcoming new community in a well-connected and sought-after location. The development is currently estimated to reach completion in early 2027.
